Each of our All-Seasons Patio Room kits come standard with a concealed fan beam in the ceiling system, giving you the option to hang a ceiling fan if you so choose.  Kits also come standard with your choice of either: (2) regular doors, or (1) Full-View French Double Door, or (1) Sliding Glass Door.  And finally each kit comes standard with your choice of French Grid or Plain View Dual-Pane Windows.  As an added value, all of our patio rooms come with free shipping nationwide!
